Team Update – Wishing Ladina Well & Welcoming Hannah Allmark

We have a small team update to share at Central Oxford Osteopathy.

We’ve recently said goodbye to Ladina, who has returned to her native Switzerland to continue her career closer to family. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional osteopathic care she has given our patients during her time with us and wish her every success in this next chapter.

The good news is that Osteopath Hannah Allmark joins us from 5th March, ensuring complete continuity of care.

🌿 Welcome to Hannah

Hannah graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Swansea University in 2022 and has since gained valuable clinical experience in both the UK and New Zealand. We’re delighted to have her joining the team. You’ll find she has a calm, reassuring manner and combines hands-on treatment with practical advice and exercises to support long-term health and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Hannah enjoys the outdoors — especially camping, hiking and time with her dog. Having played hockey from childhood into adulthood, it was sport that first introduced her to osteopathy.
