Our Clinic is Open Again!

Jamie Dearing | 26 May, 2020

After 10 long weeks, we are now ready to open up the Central Oxford Osteopathy clinic again. We’ve missed being able to support our patients in person during the lockdown period and behind the scenes we’ve been working hard to create a low risk environment for you and our clinic team.

For everybody’s safety we are following Public Health England guidelines on infection control and social distancing. We have enhanced cleaning measures through-out the clinic using anti-viral sprays and wipes, airing treatment rooms for 40mins before disinfecting surfaces between patients and our clinician’s will be wearing NHS-grade PPE. Booking an appointment

We've put in place enhanced safety measures and are now able to take bookings for face-to-face treatments for most patients.

Unfortunately, we are not able to see patients deemed ‘high risk’, or those shielding a high risk family member face-to-face. We will continue your care with free virtual consultations during this period. We look forward to this situation changing as the rules on social distancing evolve.

You will notice there is an extra step to our normal booking process. This allows us to confirm a face-to-face appointment is suitable and safe for you.

First Step

Click Here to book an appointment time online, or call our reception team on 01865 236353

Second Step

Once you've chosen a convenient appointment time, you will receive a call from your Osteopath. They will discuss your symptoms, assess whether a face-to-face treatment is appropriate, and talk you through the relative risks of attending a clinic-based appointment.

Following agreement from both parties, your face-to-face appointment will be confirmed during this conversation.

Here to help

Times have changed radically... but our bodies have not. There’s no need to struggle on with lockdown aches and pains, or home desk discomfort. Virtual appointments are still an option, but if you are in pain we may be able to help you at the clinic with hands-on treatment.

To book an appointment online Click Here, or call the clinic on 01865 236353 and let’s get you back to feeling better.
