We’re excited to share some great news. As we move into the new year, Central Oxford Osteopathy is proud to now offer IDD Therapy, an advanced, non-surgical treatment designed to help people with persistent back and neck pain.

Our Osteopaths have completed specialist training in IDD Therapy, allowing us to safely deliver this evidence-based spinal decompression treatment to suitable patients. IDD Therapy is commonly used for disc bulges, disc protrusions, degenerative disc changes, and certain nerve-related symptoms, where more conventional approaches haven’t provided lasting relief.
