You’re In Good Hands
Hannah is an experienced Osteopath, who graduated from Swansea University with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2022.
“I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and understood. During your first appointment I will gather a comprehensive case history and carry out a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. From there, I work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan, using a range of Osteopathic techniques tailored to your specific needs and goals. I also offer practical advice, including exercises and lifestyle recommendations, to aid your recovery, help prevent future issues and support long-term health and wellbeing.”
Professional Pain Relief
Hannah has a refined sense of palpation, enabling her to pinpoint where your pain is stemming from. Her knowledge of biomechanics helps her to address the underlying cause and educate her patients.
“My approach is focused on treating holistically, through using a wide variety of Osteopathic techniques. Restoring movement, improving function and helping you to feel more comfortable in your day-to-day life. I use hands on techniques to treat neck, back and joint pain as well as postural discomfort. I have a personal interest in sporting injuries, helping my patients get back to their activity of choice”
Committed to Long Term Health
Hannah understands that we all have various commitments but encourages people to take the time to invest in their overall wellbeing.
“I firmly believe in educating my patients, helping them to understand their discomfort. I wish to help my patients maintain long term wellbeing in addition to relieving current aches and pains.”
